Unless you use a specific application, there is no control on what Windows should load and that’s why StartEd comes in very useful. How many times have you wanted to know exactly which programs run at Windows start-up, but couldn’t find a way to discover them? Yes, there is a folder in the Windows’ Start menu, where you are supposed to be able to see them, but for some reason it doesn’t state all the applications and even if you delete a program displayed there, this doesn’t assure you that the file will not be loaded the next time you restart your machine.
